Eugene RC Aeronauts

From my back door, the weather looks great towards the field! Weather report shows the opposite.. but from the Doppler radar, the cloud cover seems very light and scattered.. I dont think it really will rain, so Im going to head out and take a chance.. anyone else?

Had a couple rain showers pass over, but didnt last more than about 15 minutes. Otherwise, wow Very smooth air, and for the most part a nice sunny day until about 1pm. Thats when the wind started to pick up, 10-15mph. I think more like 20+ up in the flight paths though..

All in all a great day considering what the weather report had shown.
